Ashley Mansfield

Program Director

Ashley Mansfield has worked in behavioral health field for 10 years and brings with her numerous life experiences to help individuals struggling with substance use disorders to find hope and motivation to recover. Ashley has a background in criminal justice and graduated from InterCoast College with a certificate in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling. Ashley began her career at Sierra by the Sea as a behavioral health technician, and has since became the Program Director overseeing both the men’s and women’s programs.  As the Program Director of Sierra by the Sea, she uses her experience, compassion and personable approach to ensure a positive client experience from the very first day. She has a passion for providing the highest level of care to every client she comes in contact with and continues to walk along side of them when they don’t believe they have the strength to do it on their own. Ashley’s goal is to continue to be that open door for clients even when they feel all doors have been shut.
