Understanding the residential program for adult women at Sierra by the Sea in Newport Beach, CA
The gender-specific residential program at Sierra by the Sea provides a supportive setting in which adult women can receive the individualized attention they need to recover from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Some of the women at our facility may have received care through a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), or standard outpatient program. Each of these are lower levels of care that provide therapy while allowing women to live in the community. Our residential program in Newport Beach, California, is designed to offer more focused care for women who wish to receive concentrated therapeutic services while benefiting from 24/7 medical care.
Our dedicated admissions coordinators will complete a thorough interview to learn about your medical history, expectations from our program, and your health goals. Once we have the information we need, our admissions team will work closely with you to identify your personal needs and determine whether you are a good fit for Sierra by the Sea’s residential program.
If we decide you would be a better fit in a different level of care or at another program, we will collaborate with other members of our team to connect you with the care you need. We are dedicated to placing you in a program that will give you all the tools you need to successfully manage the conditions you are living with.
