Our IOP for adult women might be an excellent option for you or someone you love if you need an intensive level of care with the flexibility to continue engaging in some of your daily activities. Women who choose to heal through our gender-specific IOP participate in programming for three hours a day, five days a week, for up to 45 days, though we will work closely with you or your loved one to determine the most beneficial length of stay.

Once the therapeutic day is over, you or your loved one can go to school or work, see friends or family, and enjoy your regular hobbies or recreational activities. This can be a highly beneficial format that helps our female patients begin to transition back to their daily lives.

As with all programming at Sierra by the Sea, before you or your loved one begins any services at our facility in Newport Beach, California, we will meet with you to discuss your medical history, symptoms, and goals for recovery. This information will help us develop a care plan that we tailor to your unique needs so that you or your loved one can achieve the best outcomes possible.
